Public sector

Entertainment for councils, universities, the NHS and membership bodies

Public bodies need suppliers who are straightforward to buy from. This page sets out plainly what we have in place, what we do not have yet, and how to buy from us.

01 A plain statement

What is and is not in place

In place

  • A written booking agreement for every booking, setting out fees, deposit, cancellation and liability.
  • Performers engaged under written agreements as self-employed contractors.
  • Public liability insurance of at least £5 million held by every performer, with the certificate checked before each booking.
  • Invoices addressed to your organisation, quoting your purchase order or reference.
  • For events involving children or vulnerable adults, a written safeguarding arrangement, with a responsible adult from your organisation present throughout.

Not in place yet

  • We are a new agency, so we are not yet on any public sector framework or approved supplier list.
  • Our supplier pack is being put together. Each document is listed with its current status on our supplier information page, and nothing is listed before it exists.
