Christmas parties

Christmas party entertainment for the whole organisation

A Christmas party brings together people who rarely share a room: teams, departments, partners and the board. Close-up magic gives them something to share in the first hour, before the music starts.

01 The evening

When magic works best at a Christmas party

  1. On arrival. Magicians welcome guests and break the ice between teams who do not usually mix.
  2. Before dinner. The busiest part of the evening for close-up magic, while everyone is standing and talking.
  3. At the tables. Between courses, if you are serving a meal.
  4. Before the dancing. Performers finish as the music starts, when the room has moved on.

02 Dates

Book early for December

Evenings from late November to mid December are the first to go, particularly for teams of three or more magicians. If your date is fixed, it is worth holding it now; your booking is confirmed when the agreement is signed and the deposit paid.

03 Questions

Questions organisers ask

When should we book for a December party?

As soon as your date is fixed. Late November and December evenings go first, especially for teams of three or more.

Does magic work at a party with music?

Yes, while the music is in the background. Performers finish when the dancing starts, because close-up magic needs people to be able to hear each other.

Is the magic suitable for everyone in the room?

Yes. Our performers keep their material suitable for a mixed workplace audience.
