Conferences and exhibitions
Close-up magic for conferences and exhibition stands
On a busy show floor, a magician gives delegates a reason to stop at your stand and your team a natural way to start a conversation. At a conference, it turns breaks and receptions into the part of the day people talk about.
01 On your stand
Drawing delegates in
Stand magic is built around your goals, not ours. Sets are short and repeatable, so a new crowd can gather every few minutes, and each one ends by handing delegates over to your team.
- Sets of a few minutes, repeated through the day.
- Timed around session breaks, when the hall is busiest.
- A product, message or logo worked into a routine, with enough notice.
- A clear hand-over to your staff at the end of every set.

03 Questions
Questions organisers ask
Can a magician work on our stand all day?
Yes, in planned sets timed around session breaks, with rest periods while the hall is quiet. We agree a schedule with you before the show.
Will the magician collect leads for us?
The magician draws people in and hands them over to your team at the end of each set. Collecting details is best left to your staff.
Do you work at venues outside London?
Yes. We supply performers for conferences and exhibitions across the UK.
