Corporate entertainment

Entertainment that makes the organiser look good

For event managers, executive assistants, agencies and venues: professional close-up magicians, sourced, vetted and coordinated by one agency, with the paperwork your organisation expects.

01 What we handle

Everything between your brief and the applause

Sourcing

The right performers

We match magicians to your audience, your brand and the tone of the evening, from a quiet board dinner to a party for a thousand.

Vetting

Checked before booking

Every performer is seen performing for real guests before we work with them, holds public liability insurance of at least £5 million, and works under our written terms.

Coordination

One plan, one contact

One running order, one lead performer on the night, and one person at the agency for you to speak to beforehand.

You also get a written booking agreement, a clear invoice to your organisation, and an honest list of the supplier documents we hold on our supplier information page.

02 Who we work with

However you are organising

Event managers

A supplier who keeps to your timings and briefs performers properly, so the entertainment is one thing you do not have to think about on the night.

Executive assistants

A straightforward quote, an agreement you can forward for approval, and a reply when you get in touch.

Agencies and production companies

Performers who represent you on the night. They do not hand out their own cards or promote themselves to your client.

Venues

A dependable name to recommend to your clients, with performers who work with your team and your spaces rather than around them.

03 From the room

At the table, in the moment

04 Questions

Questions organisers ask

Can you invoice our company and quote a purchase order?

Yes. We invoice your organisation directly and include your purchase order number or reference on the invoice.

What insurance do your performers have?

Every performer we engage holds public liability insurance of at least £5 million. We can send copies of the certificates for your booking on request.

Can the magic feature our brand or product?

Often, yes. With enough notice, a performer can work a logo, product or message into a routine. Tell us when you enquire and we will say what is realistic.
