Large weddings

Close-up magic for large weddings

With 150 guests or more, a wedding has the same challenge as any large event: some guests see the entertainment and some never do. A small team of magicians makes sure every guest has a moment to remember from the day.

A bride and bridesmaid look down at a playing card as a magician performs at an outdoor wedding reception.

01 When it works best

Three moments in the day

After the ceremony

The drinks reception

While the couple are away for photographs, magicians keep guests entertained and help families and friends who have not met before start talking.

At the tables

The wedding breakfast

Table to table between courses, including the top table if you would like, timed with your caterer.

Into the evening

Evening guests

A welcome for guests arriving for the evening, before the first dance.

02 Planning

Working with your planner and venue

We work with your venue coordinator or wedding planner on timings, and brief performers on names, family arrangements and anything to be sensitive to. One lead magician is the contact for your planner on the day, so you never have to think about it.

03 Questions

Questions organisers ask

Why use more than one magician at a wedding?

With 150 guests or more, one magician cannot reach everyone during the drinks reception. A small team makes sure every guest has a moment of magic.

Can the magicians perform for the children?

Yes. Tell us how many children are coming and their ages, and we will make sure the performers are prepared. A parent or another responsible adult stays with the children while the magicians perform.

Will the magicians work with our planner?

Yes. We agree timings with your planner or venue coordinator, and the lead magician is their contact on the day.
